Dort drin und da raus

Ernst Neufert was one of the pupils at Bauhaus, bricklayer and later a executive architect and architecture professor in Berlin. I’ve inherited the book “Bau-entfurfslehre” (1940). It has been my fathers and grandfathers. I’m impressed and inspired by Ernsts drawings of every possible location and it’s functionality in our mundane lives. I scanned all the plans of the book and put them together this way, trying to tell the story of the life we walk through. Where we go in, and where we go out is the only thing determined from the beginning. Everything else is rooms, spaces, situations and how draw our own reality.
